Congratulations Coastal Carolina Graduates!

You can’t have teal without a little green! The Coastal Carolina University Class of 2024 will be “Walking Green” at commencement to align with CCU's sustainability mission and help make commencement a zero-waste event. 

GreenWeaver^® regalia is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. It takes an average of 25 plastic bottles to manufacture one cap and gown, meaning that your class can divert over 60,000 plastic bottles from landfills. After commencement, you then have the option of keeping your regalia as a souvenir or recycling it in boxes that will be set up in the bookstore.

For Bachelor's and Master's graduates, all orders placed on the website will be delivered directly to your address entered at checkout. 

Orders must be placed by March 31, 2024, to ensure delivery for the May 2, 2024, Spring Commencement. 

Renting Doctoral Regalia

• Rental orders must be placed online by March 1, 2024, and picked up at the Chanticleer Bookstore. 
• Rental Price: Package: $169 (includes rental gown, rental hood, and rental tam) 
• Rental doctoral regalia must be returned to the Chanticleer Bookstore by May 17, 2024.
